Due to the generous size of the plots of approximately 730 - 1,300 m2, each villa offers plenty of privacy and a fantastic view of the wide surroundings. The rolling landscape creates a picturesque setting. All homes have a terrace with a favorable location in relation to the sun. At the park, all homes have access to a TV system with over 30 channels, including all known Dutch channels, and wireless internet.
Right next to the vacation park is a restaurant and a popular toboggan run 1400 meters long. The roads through the park are paved and lit at night. There is a children's playground within walking distance and just below that the boarding point for the chairlift that takes you to the top of Mount Kramolin in both summer and winter.
